How long does setup take?

Depending on your needs and event we can start setup at 7 AM Central and be ready by 10am for soundcheck.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards and cash. Payments processed securely with our partners.

I rented the equipment but need support?

Phone support is available the day of your rental if rented without technicians, if the customer has paid for the technicians, support will be onsite for the duration of the event.

Can I change my order?

You can change most needs up to 7 days in advance while others need 14 days. If you have questions give us a call and we can discuss your needs.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are done on a case by case basis. Deposit refunds are automatically approved if the event is 30 days out. Rain and other circumstances may be elgible but are not guaranteed. Full payment is due before the day of the event. For example if we set up our stage and equipment but the event gets rained out the day of, the event can be refunded partially. Our contract contains the full details.
